Bill has been introduced into both the House of
Delegates and the Senate in Annapolis that would
allow any bank to bypass brokers by appointing
individuals to do all bank's referrals. ONLY
allows for collection of undetermined "flat
fees." Thousands of unregulated individuals
could be your competition. Learn what you can
do to prevent this from happening.
This
meeting will also report on the bill to have all
loan officers licensed and regulated by Maryland
Commission of Financial Regulations.
