In
cooperation with Trinity Protection Services,
an authorized dealer of ADT
Security, MAMB's first benefit program will
help you extend a little appreciation to your
mortgagees. It will also give you the opportunity
to earn you some extra cash for supporting the
work of MAMB.
The plan is actually pretty simple, but you must
make sure that you do it correctly if you wish
to receive the special $75 commission MAMB will
be able to forward to you for each of your customers
who avails him- or herself of this offer.
MAMB members can now give each of your customers
an opportunity to receive a FREE INSTALLATION
off an ADT high-tech state-of-the-art security
system. The only thing they must do to take advantage
of this opportunity is take action within 30 days
of their closing and agree to a 3-year service
contract with ADT.
For each of your customers who takes advantage
of this opportunity and ultimately signs up for
the three-year security program, you will receive
a check fro $75. If ten customers avail themselves
of the program, you'll get $750......20 customers
and you get $1,500....40 customers and you get
$3,000!
To earn your commission, however, it is most important
that you include either your name or the name
of your Mortgage Company and the date of settlement
on the bottom of the certificate when you give
it to your mortgagee at the settlement table.
MAMB will only send commissions to the person
or entity whose name is on the form. Companies
receiving the commission may opt to share the
return with the appropriate loan officer. PLEASE
NOTE - IF AN INDIVIDUAL'S NAME IS LISTED AS THE
"MORTGAGE BROKER" THAT INDIVIDUAL MUST
BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING OF MAMB OR NO COMMISSION
MAY BE DISTRIBUTED. THE SAME APPLIES IF A COMPANY
NAME IS USED.
A packet including a supply of "In Appreciation
For Your Business" certificates for this
offer should have been mailed to you. Those certificates
are valid until June 1, 2003. For additional certificates
please contact
MAMB and allow one week for delivery.
