The
Maryland Association of Mortgage Brokers (MAMB)
is a non-profit professional society
providing educational, legislative and networking
services to residential and commercial
Mortgage Brokers across the state. Affiliated
with the National Association of Mortgage
Brokers, MAMB’s goal for its members is to
improve the quality and professionalism of
Mortgage Brokers’ services to the public.
Please
Note: You will be receiving membership in the
MAMB free until the end of 2008, while your NAMB
membership will be deferred until January 1, 2009.
By signing up today, your membership in both associations
will expire 12/31/2009.
MAMB
has announced the adoption of a revised and expanded
code of ethics for its member professionals. Click
here to read the code of ethics.

any licensed owner
or manager of a mortgage
company. Includes
one (1) non-transferable
membership in the
National Association
of Mortgage Brokers
and the Maryland Association
of Mortgage Brokers.
Full voting member
of MAMB and NAMB.

Integrity Seal of
Approval."

who originates
mortgage loans and
is employed by a Mortgage
Broker. Includes
one (1) non-transferable
membership in the
National Association

of Mortgage Brokers.
This membership is
non-voting. This membership
qualifies for the
"Lending Integrity
Seal of Approval."
For
non-licensed individuals
employed by
a mortgage broker.
Includes one (1)
non-transferable
membership in
the National Association
of Mortgage Brokers
and the Maryland
Association of
Mortgage Brokers.
This membership
is non-voting.
This membership
does not
qualify for the
“Lending
Integrity Seal
of Approval.”
